To use this medicine it is recommended:
Adults
- Starting treatment with 25 to 75 mg of Ludiomil in divided doses for at least 2 weeks, adjust the dose gradually according to the patient's response, at 25 mg per day. The maintenance dose is usually around 150 mg in a single dose at bedtime.
Seniors
- Initiate treatment with Ludiomil 25 mg once daily, and if necessary, gradually pass to 25 mg, 2 or 3 times daily.
Indications of Ludiomil
Mental depression; dysthymic disorder; bipolar disorder (type depressive); anxiety (associated with depression); chronic pain.

Contraindications of Ludiomil
Pregnancy risk B; women in the lactation phase; cases of acute intoxication by alcohol, hypnotic, analgesic or psychotropic; during MAOI treatment or up to 14 days after MAOI discontinuation; history of seizures or epilepsy; in the acute phase of myocardial infarction.
