- 400 ml of boiling water
Method of preparation
Add the dried leaves of nettle in the boiling water and let stand properly covered. When it is warm, filter and drink 1 cup of this tea. You can take up to 3 cups of nettle tea per day.
In case of skin allergy you can prepare the tea in the same way and apply compresses on the affected area. Just soak a gauze or a cotton ball in the tea and apply on the skin, letting act for 15 minutes.
